I see a lot of myself in Gilad. This idea that there is right and there is wrong and if you don’t speak up about it, then no one will. You can never expect wrongs to be fought if you’re not right there doing it. Do you see something dishonest happening at your job? Speak up. Point out the flaw and try to find solutions.
Do you see corporate bullying? Interfere. Interject.
When I was let go from my last job I got a few recommendations and references, but when I boss said I had “Unfailing integrity”, that meant more than all the rest. I think integrity is the most important thing after smiles. 🙂
Gilad is stubborn, yes, but he’s also honest to a fault.
